MAP Train the trainer sessions in Asia
MEA-I delivered two Train the trainer sessions in Asia: in Beijing (July) and in Bangkok (October)
The participants in Beijing represented the six micro enterprise development program grant recipients in China. The curriculum, which had been translated into Chinese, was delivered with the support of qualified translators by our Master. It was an intensive six days of training but initial feedback has been extremely positive.
In Bangkok, we had 15 trainees from seven countries: Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.
General impression is that the organizations were extremely well selected as well as the trainers. All of them had very good facilitation skills and we are confident that their trainings will be very high level and we do really hope that MAP will make a difference in the trainings’ offering of their organizations.

MAP is definitely a guide to researching of many ways the trainings can be conducted. MAP is a value addition to my organization’s existing trainings.
I gained a lot of skills: how to be a facilitator, how to handle questions, IT skills, teaching methodology.
